Miss Dominican Republic, Sophinel Baez won the Reinado Internacional del Cafe 2011 or International Queen of Coffee 2011 beauty pageant held on January 9 in Manizales, Colombia. She was crowned by International Queen of Coffee 2010, Mariana Notarangelo.

Crowned as "Virreina" was Miss Venezuela, Angela Ruiz.

The 1st run-up was Miss Colombia, Jenny Marcela Arias. 2nd run-up was Miss Spain, Ana Isabel Miranda. And finally, the 3rd run-up was Miss Bolivia, Maria Teresa Roca.
