After it was revealed that the iconic Undisputed host will reportedly depart from the network, fans want to know more about his wife, Ernestine.

Who is Skip Bayless' wife, Ernestine Sclafani? 

Born on August 3, , Ernestine Sclafani is a PR agent and media relations specialist from Long Island, New York.

She is also the author of the book Balls: How to keep your relationship alive when you live with a sports-obsessed guy.

Sclafani is also the head of her own Los Angeles-based publicity firm Ernestine Sclafani Bayless PR. Her PR firm specializes in fashion, consumer lifestyle, integrated marketing, sports, nutrition, and event planning.

She describes herself as a "true storyteller at heart" with the "keen and savvy ability to tap into her creative side and execute powerful stories that are award-winning."

Sclafani also appeared in episodes of her husband Skip Bayless' FOX Sports program, Undisputed.

On July 15, , the New York Post revealed that Sclafani's TV personality husband would be departing from the FS1 show after eight years of hosting. Bayless' final show is expected to be later this summer.

How did Skip Bayless and Ernestine Sclafani meet? 

Skip and Ernestine first crossed paths when a client of the latter's was booked for an appearance on the former's ESPN2 series Cold Pizza.

The two met on the set of Cold Pizza while Skip was retrieving show notes from his dressing room.

In her above-mentioned book, Ernestine recalled: "He literally ran past the door of the green room, where we caught each other’s eyes.

"I guess I gave him a look of familiarity because he stopped and said, ‘Do I know you?’

"He later confided that he wasn’t sure what to say, he gets possessed during his showjust lost in how to win the next live TV debate. So now neither of us was thinking clearly."

Skip remembered: "I left my notes for our final segment in my dressing room.

"As I literally ran down the hall during a commercial break, I glanced sideways into the green room and caught the gaze of a woman I’d never seen before.

"We chatted awkwardly for maybe 45 seconds, and she gave me her card.

"You might call it love at first spark. There was just something startling to me about the way we instantly clicked."

When did Skip Bayless marry Ernestine Sclafani? 

On July 28, , Skip and Ernestine tied the knot after dating for 11 years.

The couple revealed to The Knot: "We decided to get married alone, we didn’t tell a soul.

"The judge had the bailiff serve as the best man, and the rest of his chamber were witnesses. It was a really fun and special day, just for us.

"Our friends and family were so supportive and happy for us when we told them what we did.

"They said, ‘That’s so Skip and Ernestine, always full of surprises and dancing to their own beat.'"

At that point, the pair were already engaged for 6 years.

In July , Skip popped the question during their flight from Newark, New Jersey, to Oklahoma City.
